Q. What items do you stock? ( TOP )

A. We stock many items, but we also may be able to order items for you. Please be sure to contact us to find out what we can do to help.

Q. How do I know the ashes actually belong to my pet? ( TOP )

A. Each animal is cremated individually, so there is no chance of any mix up.

Q. Do you do any mixed cremations? ( TOP )

A. No. All pets are cremated separetely.

Q. What does the price include? ( TOP )

A. All prices quoted unclude collection and return, the casket and an engraving of your choice. We also prpvide a certificate of cremation.

Q. Will you collect my pet directly from my vet? ( TOP )

A. Yes. We can either collect your pet from the vets surgery, or from your home, which ever you prefer.

Q. Will you bring the ashes back to my home? ( TOP )

A. Yes. Even if we collect the pet from the vets surgery, the ashes can be returned to you at home if you wish.

Q. How long does the service take? ( TOP )

A. We can normally deliver the ashes back to you two days after collection

Q. Can I choose what to put on the engraving? ( TOP )

A. Yes. Although we offer a choice of two standard styles, you may have anything written on the engraving subject to size limitations.

A. We are situated in the small market town of Llangefni on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey.
